Job Description :
Design and lay out editorial and visual content of publications.
Create well-balanced and appealing designs/layouts with in given parameters.
Multi-task and prioritize projects to meet deadline
Follow guidelines and specifications.

Desired :
Should possess visual design skills, including color theory, visual hierarchy.
Must have strong customer service attitude.
Knowledge of latest versions of Quark Express, Illustrator, Photoshop.
Should exhibit excellent supervisory control on the work of visualizers and prompt them to maintain a high design standard.
Brainstorming and coming up with ideas for design or illustration
Preparing rough drafts of designs or illustrations (which show the style of the project).
Creating the project, after receiving approval from the client, and
Communicating back and forth with clients about timelines, deadlines
