Education: B.Sc – Food Technology

• Job Description :
  Conduct periodic quality audits for stored goods (Raw & Finished)
  Provide technical support to Customer Care Officers when necessary
  Establish standard drawing detailing in keeping with best practices & standard specifications (product, process & material)
  Conduct regular chemical analysis of food material in laboratory (incoming, storage, finished goods)
  Maintain & improve different quality formats in accordance with FSMS & HACCP
• Candidates with suitable aptitude would be considered for marketing

Desired :
Diploma or Degree in Food Technology / Food Science & Nutrition / Food Engineering
0-2 years working experience preferably in Quality Control /Quality Assurance
Good knowledge of different Quality Management Systems
Good knowledge of analysis methods for food
Strong analytical & communication skills
Willing to travel (quality audits of different manufacturing sites, vendors)
Computer literate
