Job Description : The Institutional Support Specialist will be responsible for:
Document creation using MS Office, page layout and dynamic document generation applications.
Accurate and timely handling of data for several different marketing materials
Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
Running, modifying and creating Reports (Including Crystal Reports)
Creating and responding to adhoc data requests
Running/ resolving daily issues on validation reports for data error in reporting systems
Updating required data upon request from sales contacts
Interacting with Non- Us and US counterparts.
Desired : Strong communication skills
Experience with financial institution or retail marketing
Flexibility to work on special projects and assignments as required
Ability to be available to flexible work timings.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting:
Complete daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly report generation, as designated, by date and time required and deliver to client in correct format.
Create new reports/maintain existing reports as needed, and add to reporting schedules.
Create ad hoc requests on an as needed basis for clients in time frame and format required.
Interface with global Consultant group for reporting enhancements
Track all updates for ongoing reporting purposes to all interested internal parties.
Suggest process improvements for maintenance and data distribution where possible.
 
Data Validation:
Run validation reports on a daily basis and resolve issues in required databases
Update sources systems with corrected data
Interact with US contacts to escalate unresolved issues
 
Data Updates:
Update sources systems with data as directed from Sales/Client Service/Servicing department contacts.
Update AUM/Performance numbers used for Institutional Marketing and Global RFP team as needed
 
Skills:  B.Com/M.Com/MBA Freshers with Good Communication Skills and MS Office Proficient
