Job Description : The Global Consultant Data Services Specialist will be responsible for the investment product and data needs of all assigned consultants. The Specialist will interact with consulting firms primarily via online database systems, but also may be required to communicate on a limited basis via email. The Specialist will conduct ongoing maintenance and quality control of all investment products and firm data distributed by the sales channels within the organization to consultants. Additionally, the Global Consultant Data Services Specialist may be required to work on special projects and assignments as needs dictate.

On-going Responsibilities:
Complete and update consultant databases and questionnaires on a periodic basis, as designated
Assist in maintenance of internal files, including: investment professional tracking, account turnover summaries, and collect and organize investment performance/portfolio characteristic data

Quality Control and Accuracy:
Audits consultant databases globally for accuracy and completeness
Ensures that the proper products are added to the databases and that old or outdated information is deleted or edited. When we receive any product addition or Inactivation list, to ensure that the same is done on the database and is updated accordingly on the PR&A Sheet.
Review updates being provided to consultants (via excel or other format) before they are released and identify any incorrect data

Desired : Bachelor’s degree preferred with a major in Business, Finance, or Marketing / Communications.
Previous interaction with the consultant community preferred.
proficient MS Office skills: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with persons contacted in the course of performing assigned duties including internal and external business partners
Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
Ability to organize and prioritize workflow
Ability to adhere/respond to established time frames and schedules
Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team environment
Exhibited leadership skills
