Job Description :

• French Customer Care-Executive / Order Administration-Executive
• Processing Orders, contracts, Returns etc using ERP Software, maintains viability of customer information in Customer Master Database.
• Co-ordination with different departments to meet the needs of Internal / External (French) Customers
• Responsible for updating customer Database in CRM Software
• Responsible for interfacing with internal and external customers for French Operations prior to and/or after sale. Develops and maintains positive customer relations keeping in mind customer sensitivity while coordinating with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. Assists in revenue generation through quotes and closure of service offerings.

Desired :

• Position requires a minimum of 1-3 years of Order Processing, Customer Service or Vendor Support Positions using some ERP / CRM Software (French Process)
• Experience in handing French Customers/operations
• Excellent Computer Skills, Word, Excel, Outlook and Proficient with ERP/CRM Systems.
• Good written and verbal French Communication skills.
