Job Position : Domestic Telecom Inbound Process

Experience : 0 – 3 Years

Work Place : Noida

Job Responsibilities :

• Handling inbound calls
• Document the calls to ensure all information is captured
• Ensure one time call resolution
• Maintain accuracy of information given and documented
• Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process
• Attend briefings, trainings/refresher sessions and meetings as required

Required :

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in any Voice based process
• Excellent Verbal Communication
• MS office Excellent Communication skills

Walkin Date : Jan 31st (Sunday) to Feb 3rd (Wednesday)

Walkin Time : 11:00 AM to 4:00PM
