Job Location: Pune

Job Description :

1. Responsible for customer service turnaround within set time frames.
2. Minimize customer dissonance, optimize charge out and cost per transaction.
3. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and participate in developing improvement plans.
4. Maintain customer and vendor databases.
5. Implementation of new negotiated facilities services and programs.
6. Ensure accurate documentation of customer profiles.
7. Handle written customer correspondence on behalf of operations.
8. Communicate with operations staff on client issues, policy change etc.

Desired :

Age: 18 to 45 years

BE/BTECH with 1 year of irrelevent work experience can apply for Voice process
