Recently it has embarked upon a journey in the Retail and Real Estate business with development of a 6,50,000 sqft mega mall Growel’s 101, at Kandivali, Mumbai.

Job Location: Mumbai

Job Description :

1. Impacting customer Satisfaction through personal interaction and monitoring services while on duty.
2. Identifying opportunities for improving customer satisfaction through feedback and getting it to the Management.
3. Take care of physically challenged customers and VIP customers while on shift.
4. Take appropriate action incase of customer complaints and informs the MOD immediately.
5. To be properly groomed while on shift.
6. To have knowledge of Mall FAQs and be updated of all events & promotions while on shift.
7. Maintain records for key Vendors for continuous evaluation based on delivery, quality and costs
8. Reviewing Vendor performance and informing MOD for taking corrective actions to ensure timeliness and quality of supplies
9. To ensure the ambience of the area of assigned in relation to Air conditioning, Music, cleanliness, events, security are taken care.
10. To ensure all deviations wrt to Retailers are noticed and corrected.
11. To make note of all Pest control deviations and inform the MOD for corrective actions.
12. All Takeaways at the information desk need to available at all times for customers.
13. To ensure all customer services and facilities are operational and available for customers.

Desired :
Candidate should be Graduate/Hotel managemnt/MBA/Air hostess academy.
