Job Position : Process Developers

Experience : 0 – 5 Years

Work Place : Hyderabad / Secunderabad

Job Responsibilities:

1. Supports Process and Technology initiatives overall
2. Supports the development of new processes and improvement of existing processes
3. Proactively tracks, communicates, and reports progress relative to risk, time, budget, and deliverables to project team
4. Supports the National team with data manipulation and metrics reporting
5. Plays a leading role in supporting processes assigned to Hyderabad
6. Monitors the processes for compliance and follows up as applicable

Required :

1. 6 Months–5 Years working with technology tools
2. Solid understanding and experience manipulating data
3. Excellent skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Microsoft Project, Microsoft PowerPoint
4. Strong organizational, planning and management skills
5. Solid trouble-shooting skills, strong initiative, critical thinking skills (ability to think independently), detail oriented
6. Strong communication skills (reading, writing, speaking and listening)
