Job Title : Credit and collections

Experience : 1 – 3 Years

Job Location : Bengaluru/Bangalore

Job Description :

• Assists in establishing departmental credit and collection policies and procedures and independently manages a portfolio of over $100M.
• Collects open and past due balances through various collection tools.
• Assists in the training and development of new and existing employees.
• Prepares management reports and resolves customer disputes.
• Visits customer locations to resolve problems and improve payment processes.
• Analyzes customers” credit worthiness and determines their ability to pay.
• Employs tactical expertise to develop process improvements.
• Review bank and trade, third party reports, financial statements, and information obtained from the internet, to establish appropriate credit lines up to $10M
