- Issuance of Offer and Appointment letters
- Joining formalities and documentation
- Assist New Hire Inductions
- HR Operations
- Managing Personal files and Employee database
- Assist HR Audits
- Employee Relations
- Support execution of various Employee relation programs- HR
- Address employee queries and grievances
- Exit Interviews
- Ensure Full and Final, Exit clearance and Relieving letter
