Job Title : Insurance Associates

Experience : 0 – 2 Years 

Education : B.A,B.B.A,B.Com,BCA

Job Description : Transaction Processing/ Back Office of U.K. Insurance policies.
Perform standard technical checks working from electronic images.
Perform standard processing and checking usually on a few processes.
Validate data, and obtain additional information to clarify documentation and where necessary, correct inaccuracies.
Identify questionable and / or potentially non-compliant data and initiate action to correct or resolve independently where a standard course of action is set out.
Ensure premium advisory notes are processed within service levels to ensure all deadlines are maintained.
Understand the importance of building and maintaining good and effective customer relationships, soliciting customer information and feedback to improve the quality of services. 

Desired : Proactively seek out training opportunities and attend all relevant training courses as identified by yourself and your Team Leader/Manager.
Attend all team meetings as required.
Technical Competencies
Qualifications: Graduate
Desirable
University Degree or equivalent
Work Experience
Possess a robust knowledge and understanding of the Insurance business. Preferably ? London Market Insurance
1 year insurance industry experience.
