Job Description : Candidate will be responsible for complete HR functions including:

• All statutory compliance work relating to labour & industrial laws.
• Maintenance of employee database.
• Preperation / verification of monthly salaries/wages sheets.
• Facing social audits by external agencies.
• Maintaining employee personal files, issuing ID cards, time cards, ESI cards etc.
• Attending to & resolving the grievances of factory workers & employees.
• Maintenance of time & wage records, as per law.

Desired :

• Candidate should be a fresher MBA in HR with good knowledge of MS Office.
• Male candidates will be preferred.
