Job Description : Responsible for recruitment of frontline & support level
Source, screen, evaluate and select candidates through a structured recruitment process designed to obtain the best candidates.
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources such as Job Portals, 3rd party vendors, Independent consultants and execute various recruiting strategies.
Ability to handle volume recruiting in a fast paced environment, adhering to strict deadlines.
Generate qualified candidates through cost-effective efforts i.e., alternative sourcing such as Employee Referral program
Desired : We are looking for recruitment professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with ITES company.
You need to have passion for excellence, result orientation and hunger for growth.
Fresh MBA’s can be considered.
