Job Title : Graduate Trainee – Technical Helpdesk
Experience : 0 – 1 Years
Job Description : The incumbent will be responsible for providing Level-1 Technical Support to HCL’s business clients. He / She will be responsible to provide voice support to the clients and provide online technical resolution. Incumbent should open for 24X7 operations.
Desired :
Any Graduation apart from B.E. / B.tech & Masters.
