Job Description : Conduct compliance reviews - IBB, Desk Reviews etc
Conduct compliance related classroom trainings
Review existing compliance tools/ processes and suggest changes
Revise existing training material
Document processes
Contribute to compliance newsletter
Actively participate in compliance week and other compliance related activities
Desired : Minimum 3 - 5 years of USHC knowledge
Awareness of basic HIPAA and compliance guidelines
Should have experience of making & working on reports
Proactiveness & Creativity
Good at suggesting process improvements
Good verbal and written communication skills
Maturity to handle conflict situations
Location : Hyderabad / Secunderabad
