Job Description : 1) The team is responsible for providing local office support of marketing materials and data as well as managing functional/regulatory requirements management utilizing an internal system Global Factsheet System (GFS).
2) Key initial point of contact for GFS system users for materials/enhancement requests and system support.
3) Collect and document business requirements for system enhancements and marketing materials development.
4) Manage projects for assigned groups to complete requests and research issues, including new output development.
5) Design, develop and test marketing material templates using desktop publishing applications including Adobe FrameMaker
6) Document/coordinate system issues/enhancements analysis and participate in team meetings to assist in setting priorities.
7) Validate, test and document system changes based on system user feedback.
Coordinate piece review with business users to achieve sign-off.
9) Provide additional support for other products/regions during absences and tight deadlines.
10) Working on special projects and assignments as necessary

Desired Candidate Profile : – Fluent English (spoken, written)
- Strong attention to detail
- Solid quantitative and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to adhere to established deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Sound in using Microsoft Excel and Access applications
- Computer systems proficiency a must
- Knowledge of multimedia applications (Adobe,photoshop,coral draw,flash,dream weaver)will be an added advantage
