Job Description: Customer Support:
1.Taking inbound calls
2.Sending correspondence
3.First point resolution for the customers and coordinating with different departments to provide excellent customer service.
4.Ensuring all customer complaints resolved.
5.Building efficiencies.
6.Ensuring all service levels are met and exceeding expectations.
Sales:1.Making outbound calls.
2.Inviting customers and demonstrating products.
3.Closing sales.
4.After sales courtesy calling to each customer.
Below the line activities:1.Courtesy calling to all store customers.
2.Sending mailers and e-mail blast.
3.Data entry.
4.Follow up calls on promotional activities.
5.Helping other team members.
