Job Description : International BPO (24*7 environment) in Kolkata.
Attend only Inbound International calls.
Its Voice process
Solving customer queries either Technical or Non-technical.
Answering to customers of US/UK.
Shifts are rotational
Free home pick up and drop facility (Door Step)
Managing and updating customer & client database.
Building a fruitful and cherishing relationship with the client.
