Job Description : Attending inbound international calls.
- Solving customer queries.
- Answering to customers of US
- Managing and updating customer & client database.
- Building a fruitful and cherishing relationship with the client.

Desired Candidate Profile : Graduate / Undergrad / Post Grad / Diploma Holders
- Excellent command over spoken English with respect to grammar, sentence construction and clarity issues.
