Job Description :
This position is responsible for taking ownership of non-technical customer & partner inquires and outbound activities, to deliver world class customer service.

Attending Inbound and Outbound calls.
Documenting Cases as per process.
Adhere to ACD schedules and procedures.
Work with minimal supervision to prioritize backlogs; escalate issues according to group procedures.
