Job Description :Minimum 6 months and maximum 1 year relevant exp required.
We are looking for Local (Hyderabad) candidates only.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Unattended installation of Workstations using Microsoft /Third party applications.
User Management: Creation of user accounts, modifying user properties, assigning rights to user.
Password management through Windows NT/ 2000 Group /Security Policy
Disk quota Management using Windows / third party tools
Software and Patch addition, modification and removal using change management procedures.
Network administration: Configuring IP, sub-netting, checking statistics using TCP/IP utilities such as Ping.Tracert and basic troubleshooting.
Backups /Restore using Windows NT backup /Third party software’s such as Brightstore and Veritas Backup etc.
Updation of Virus definitions on the server, scanning and removal of viruses from Network
Undertake daily activities as per laid down procedures and policies.
Responsible for inventory management as per procedures
Responsible for meeting SLA
Should have excellent comms skills
Desired Candidate Profile : We are looking for candidates for the following skill set
- Around 1 year of experience in the filed of system/network administration
- MCSE/CCNA certification will be an added advantage
