Executes the tax compliance processes timely and accurately in accordance with the production calendar. Provides leadership and coaching to lower levels. Support the supervisor in assessing the performance of lower levels. QUALIFICATIONS: Client service oriented. Ability to follow and conform to defined process and direct others. Process oriented and detailed. Client service oriented. Strong TRACS skills and ability to teach others. Initiative and flexibility. Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills. Experience with GL and account reconciliations. Proficient in Excel and Word. High volume and deadline driven. Effective oral and written communication. Positive attitude and team player.
