Job Description : Filling of Forms and returns to be filed with the office of the ROC.
Maintenance of statutory registers / records / Forms of the companies
Assistance in drafting of Notice / Agenda for meeting, preparing draft minutes for final approval
from Company Secretary.
Assistance in preparing resolutions and maintaining its record.
Providing assistance in structuring memorandum and articles of association and related
incorporation formalities under the Companies Act
Providing assistance in implementation of Secretarial Standard.
Providing assistance in compliance related to Co Law Matters
Assistance in preparing the minutes and maintaining records etc.
Assistance in E- filing & Corporate Governance
Providing assistance in creation, modification and satisfaction of charge
Assistance in the Incorporation of New Companies.
To maintain and update file.
