Job Description: Handles customer complaints over phone.
Solves the customer’s problem when they approach the CSD desk
Enlightens customers about the schemes.
Help to locate customers in the store
Trace the employees in the store in case he is needed at the cash counter.
Keeps track of the music playing at the store.
Collects, verifies, retains the items to be exchanged. Makes slips for the exchanges.
Makes the daily report for the exchanges made.
Generates the credit notes. Informs the customer about the validity and usage of the credit note.
Maintains the registers for the exchanges, credit notes etc in the registers.
Takes responsibility of ordering and distributing stationery.
Takes messages and passes them on
Desired : Good communication skills
Confident and agressive
Good exposure of handling customers,their queries and grievances
Working hours should not be a constraint
