Attend to calls
Accurately document the call details
Use the medical expertise in collecting the right information from the callers
Timely and accurately document reports
Other deliverables on time 

Desired :
Candidates with Bpharm,BHMS,BAMS,BDS degree only need to apply.
Willing to work in night shifts
