Job Description:
Attend and route all the calls.
Monitor Online DBA mails
Monitor Alert mails
Data entry for new tasks and acknowledge to the client through emails/phone calls
Prepare shift reports
The person should be good in communication, willing to work in shifts (including night). Having Call Center experience is a plus and also computer background.
Experience: 0 – 1 years
