Front Desk Operations:
Handling of EPABX.
Handling Call billing software.
Handling Visitors.
Magazine and News paper Management.
First Aid box management.
Housekeeping requirements for the front desk.
Time office Activities:
Handling of Attendance Registers and attendance.
Handling access control machines.
Handling of reports pertaining to the attendance & Access control.
Handling of CouriersDomestic & International courier.
Desired :
Atleast 6months to 1year of experiencewith good communication skills & hands on with Computer operations.
An exposure of the Customer handling or service industry.
An exposure of working on the front desk.
Good people management skills.
