Experience:  0 - 2 years  

Job Description : Attend to visitors and inform concerned person
Attend incoming calls.
Dial  - local, STD, ISD calls.
Record calls dialed.
Check Telephone Lines, Telephone Bills and Call Billing Software.
Courier Coordination.
Telephone Service provider co-ordination.
Maintenance of EPABX, FAX machine & Photocopier.
Issue and Maintenance of Swipe Cards/ID-Cards.
Processing Bills & coordination for Payments to vendors & service providers.
Resignation/Transfer/Temporary Travel Clearance.
