Job Description :
Meet the doctors, detail company’s products and implement the company’s product promotion strategies.  Effectively implementing marketing strategies
Identify right customers to prescribe our new products by highlighting cost effectiveness of our products
Highlighting our contributions and services to the field of medicine with special reference to Diabetes
Tap the huge potential for growth, offered by this fast emerging corporate hospitals segment
Conduct prescription audit regularly within the hospital pharmacy & wards to  Screen the doctors list  Understand the competitors’ strategies and identify competitors’ prescribers.  Book orders and ensure product availability.  Design strategies to increase the product availability & usage in the hospital
Increase the sales and market share of Novo Nordisk Modern Insulin Analogues and Devices product portfolio in this segment by educating the users about benefits of modern insulins
Increase presence and partner in programs with these Corporate hospitals for Improved Management and outcomes of Diabetes Patients
Conduct CME and other relevant activities as and when necessary after obtaining appropriate approvals from superiors
Identify right doctors and develop them for future (Catch them young)
Conduct NEP, PEP within the hospital to communicate awareness and develop strong customer loyalty to NN products.
