Job Description :
Manage day-to-day coordiantion activities pertaining to recruitment such as vendor management.
Sourcing CVs for differnt channels, identifying right job fit, interview scheduling & Coordination for assigned positions.
Has to ideate and contribute to process and policy creation in parnership with the staffing team.
Manage the employee referral program.

Desired :
Graduate / Post graduate with specialization in HR
Max 6mnths – 1yr work experince in a process oriented organisation.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
