1. Backend support to hiring
2. Provide Payroll inputs
3. Maintain/update HR database
4. PeopleSoft updation
5. Statutory Compliances
6. Take care of Joining Formalities of new recruits
7. Leave and attendance maintaince

Desired : candidate should have the following requisties: 
B.Com/B.SC/BE/BBA/BBM Graduate with MSW
Good Verbal and written communcation skills with good presentation skills
Able to analyticaly slove problems, considering alternative solutions.
Able to learn new theories, practices, techniques, HR Software, ERP fast. High on learning curve.
Great grasping power is appreciated.
Planning and organizing skills, multitasking, able to cope up with stress, work pressure.
