Job Description : Generalist HR profile.
Coordination of all HR activities. Focus on Training and Development and documentation activities.
The candidate should be able to apply data interpretation and data analytical skills to the work. Excellent communication and Presentation skills are a must for this position
Desired Candidate Profile : The candidate should have the learning aptitude and positive attitude.
MBA with specialization in HR is a must. The candidate should background in Sciences at the Graduation level ( B.Sc , B.Pharma). Both Degree and Post Graduation Degree should be a full time course.
Experience from 6 - 12 months will be preferred.
