Screening & selection of resumes from job portals, headhunting,
employee referrals, and company database.
Employer brancding at the educational campuses by giving presentations & mailing
Liasoning with consultants to provide adequate no. of candidates for the defined positions.

Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate / MBA with 2 to 3 years experince mainly in Recruitment. Prefearbly from placement firms. Those who are adapt at recruiting large no. of candidates from campuses, will be preferred.
