Job Description :

• Conducting initial round of personal interviews
• Maintaining record on daily walk in status
• Tabbing various sources of recruitment to achieve targets
• Optimally utilize website portal to recruit and hire
• Maintaining data on employee referral schemes
• Liasoning with external vendors, maintaining data on them.
• Promoting the organization among educational and technical institute
• Conducting off site recruitment drives
• Coordinating second and final round of interviews with internal employees.
• Preparing and issuing offer letters
• Ensuring the ones that have been offered join as per the scheduled date of joining

Desired :
Excellent communication skills Typing speed of min 25 words per minute Will work in extended shifts b/w 10.00 a.m and 9.00 p.m
