Job Description : Responsible for purchase of Engineering spares and capital goods for In-house use and customer premises.
Responsible for Logistic/Commercial activities of purchases/imports, which includes negotiation, contract finalization, tax compliance, inventory management, Annual Maintenance Contract.
Take care of imports of equipment which include Custom formalities and other import related aspects.
Looking after Indent of Materials. Coordinate with vendors to ensure consistency with material standards. Follow up with Vendors for the Materials. Vendor Development.
Responsible for Procurement of Software, Routers and Server Equipments, PC, Laptop and spares & passive materials.
Coordinated multiple sources of materials, evaluated supplier proposals, and reviewed purchase orders and contracts in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
Significantly improved communication between the vendor and the in-house engineering and product support groups, as the sole interface between these teams.
Doing the Sizing as per the requirement & procurement / AMC contract for IT /Telecom equipment’s for number of projects.
