Job Title : HELPDESK / Service Desk Analyst – IT Processing Ops (PART TIME)

Job Location : Hyderabad / Secunderabad

Job Description :
Provide technical Support to internal customers.
Resolve a high percentage of calls at first point of contact through the use of the knowledge base/ any other knowledge tool and raise incidents/tickets to escalate problems to second level support areas as appropriate.
Troubleshoot laptops (if any), workstations and printers (if any).
Implement policies and procedures in all concerned business areas and ensure that audit requirements are met in day-to-day operations.
recommendations are made and cascaded across the team
Ensure that written responses are accurate, professional, clear and concise
An eye for Quality and suggest improvement over the current practices.

Desired :
Experience of handling calls and ticketing the incidents.
Good analytical skills to review understand and interpret documentation.
High level of judgment and decision making skills
Good knowledge about the fundamentals of Hardware, Networking and Operating Systems like 98, NT, XP.
The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines whilst maintaining quality
Ability to prioritize and deliver service, to agreed service levels, within a diverse and constantly changing technical environment.
The ability to work under pressure and to tight time-scales
Enthusiasm for new technologies and change.
