Job Description: Process day to day HR transactions in the HR system (PeopleSoft) when these are initiated by Local and Global HR or by line managers
Follows up open queries with employees, managers and Local HR as required
Manages a personal worklist
Participates in ad-hoc work/projects as required by the HR SSC Manager
Solves HR queries using Frequently Used Solutions
Explains solutions to customer over telephone or sends solution via e-mail
If necessary escalates queries to centres of expertise/ Local HRA
Education: Any graduate
