Position Summary : The Login Administrator has the responsibility of maintaining user logins on a web based application. This includes creating, modifying and deleting access. The candidate will also be required to perform quarterly audits on all user login as per the company policy. Systems Knowledge and Computer Skills: Login Administrator should have the ability to work with web based applications. Candidate should be able to diagnose and perform some basic troubleshooting as well as perform preventive and corrective maintenance as required.

General Duties and Responsibilities of a Telephony Developer:  This position requires a combination of login maintenance, information security and auditing skills. Responsibilities include:
- Complete responsibility for maintaining and providing first level support to end customers.
- Performing audits to assure adherence to company policy.
- Performing vulnerability assessments on all servers
- Assisting with security assessments and penetration testing as needed and assist in maintaining and monitoring antivirus systems.
- Assist with other audits and projects as assigned by manager
- Follow guidelines for troubleshooting and document all problems in daily maintenance log as well as log all actions taken to ensure smooth operation.
- Notify users of any expected system downtime or outages.
- Need to work in a 24×7 operation with shift rotation.
- This position will require both scheduled and non-scheduled after-hours availability.

Requirements:  College degree preferred with a minimum of 2 years college education or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience.
- Must be fluent in English.
