Sourcing, Screening, Recruiting Candidates from Tier 1 Companies
Maintaining Processes followed by the Organization
Interaction with client and Candidates
Scheduling Interviews with the Candidates and the Technical Panel.
Preparation of Offer Letters and executing the follow up procedures with the candidates.
Issuance and Booking of Air tickets with the agent.
Required Excellent Communication Skills..

Desired : Should have good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
