Eligibility criteria: §  Year of Passing – 2006&2007 only.
§  Only B.Sc(Computer Science/Computer Technology/Physics(with Maths)/Chemistry(With Maths),Statistics ,IT, Electronics, Industrial, Electronics/BCA  and M.Sc (Physics(with Maths)/Chemistry(with Maths)/Mathematics/Statistics /Electronics)
§  Consistent 60% in X,XII and graduation/Post Graduation.
§  No Standing Arrears. History of Maximum 2 arrears.
§  Mark sheets from X onwards (original / attested photocopies) to be produced at the time of interview.

Selection Process: Written exam with Aptitude questions.

Registration Process:

For Local candidates:

1.    All eligible candidates should submit 2 resumes & 2 PP photos at the registration counter at below mentioned address.

2.    The candidates should also submit Xerox copies of SSC/10+2/graduation or PG certificates.

3.    The candidate has to pay Rs.100/- towards registration fees.

4.    After submitting the above mentioned documents candidate has to collect his/her hall ticket immediately.

For Non Local candidates:

1.        The out station candidates should submit the above mentioned documents & a DD of Rs.100/- in favor of Niteo IT Solutions Pvt Ltd. Payable at Hyderabad by POST or by courier to the address mentioned below.

2.        The e-Hall ticket for the Out station candidates shall be sent by email.

Job Description: Remote monitoring and managing client IT infrastructure like servers, operating systems, databases, network, IT help desk etc.
Supporting Cognizant clients on troubleshooting issues relating to software, hardware and networking issues
Understanding problems and providing remote technical resolution
Escalating issues to specialized support groups for highly technical issues
Coordinating with customers and support groups for tracking status, providing updates and confirmation
Should be willing to work in shifts [24/7 basis]
Should be open to all locations (Pune, Kolkatha, Chennai, Coimbatore&Bangalore).
