Job Description: 1) Handling SOX activities (Walkthrough, Testing)
2) Handling Audit Health Checks
3) Handling Quarterly Reporting activities
4) Handling various compliance activities
5) Follow-up on timely implementation of audit recommendations
6) Handling of various financial projects

Desired Candidate Profile: 1) Working knowledge of SOX
2) Sound conceptual knowledge in Accounting and Auditing
3) Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
