Designation : Associate Process Analyst

Education : B.B.A - Management;B.Com - Commerce;BCA - Computers

Roles & Responsibilities: Accurate data entry utilizing the discovery document, vesting schedules, termination schedules and other client provided documentation as a source for system set up.
Responsible for plan set up & ongoing maintenance of DCECM plans
Understand the needs of the plan sponsors through relationship managers/partners to accurately setup the services required
Requisite Skill-sets/Behaviours:

Should be well versed with computers, especially with IE application, MS Office and should have good keyboard skills.
Strength in analysis, research, and problem resolution
Good knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong customer service skills and some experience working with internal business partners.
Flexibility to quickly adapt to changes in product and processes.
Outstanding time management and prioritization skills.
 
Desired :  The relevant experience bracket should be between 6 months - 1.5 years in pure non-voice based experience
A prior experience of working on financial processes is necessary. It may include insurance processes, market linked processes, reconciliation process, claims, mutual funds, new business operations
Graduate in B.Sc/B.Com/B.C.A/B.B.M from a recognized university.
Willing to shifts 5.30 pm 2.30 am
