Job Description: You will be responsible for:- Will be responsible to identify candidates for our Strategic Resource Pool and serve the Global Clientele Requirements quickly for client submissions, screen candidates, negotiate rates, coordinate interviews and complete relevant documentation. Will also be responsible to interview, pre qualify, close and recommend to hiring managers what is necessary to close potential candidates. Direct sourcing candidates using advanced internet and diverse recruitment techniques including job boards like Dice, monster, Naukri and Jobs ahead. Must achieve recruitment targets Will recruit IT talent, through online job boards, referrals and networking. Work closely with the onsite US team for requirements and coordination for candidates till completely groomed into the Fulcrum culture. Willingness to work in US timings.
