Job Description: The incumbent will be responsible for providing Level-1 Technical Support to HCL’s business clients. He / She will be responsible to provide voice support to the clients and provide online technical resolution. Incumbent should open for 24X7 operation.
Skill Requirements: Basic technical knowledge of PCs Basic Knowledge of Internet and Networking Basic technical knowledge of Operating systems like Windows XP Good verbal and written communication skills Willing to work for 24* 7 shifts

I have completed B.Sc(IT) from SMU in july 2005, and also completed Hardware and Networking course (A+,N+,MCSE,CCNA,CWNA,LINUX,PIX Firewall) from Jetking Infotrain Kolkata (R.O). and, I want to Join HCL COMNET.
