Job Description: Customer Handling
Attending and interacting with customers and assisting customers
- Coordination of delivery with Singapore Asia warehouse and Local warehouse
- Email & telephone communication with customers.
- Keeping information ready regarding stock availability
- Keeping track of deliveries
- Data Entry and management of the in house computer system
- Others:
Knowledge of all our product categories (Post Training)
Adherence to processes laid down
Achieving and tracking sales targets
