HR Associate

Job Description : Hostway is seeking a human resources generalist for a HR Associate position in Mumbai, India. The HR Associate will assist the company’s efforts to implement an integrated human resource strategy which matches the needs of the business.

This associate will also play a key role in recruitment efforts, and assist in employee training (i.e. soft skills), workforce planning and HR support. This candidate will work as an integral part of the Human Resources Group, as well as collaborate with other departments within the organization as necessary. The position reports directly to the Director of Human Resources for Hostway India.

Responsibilities:Assess need for and develop job analysis instruments and materials

Collect and examine detailed information about job duties to prepare job descriptions

Evaluate job positions, determine classification, categorization, and salary

Analyze job requirements and content in order to establish criteria for classification, selection, training, and other related personnel functions

Assist with implementation of routine HR functions, such as processing benefits, screening resumes, interviewing etc

Help identify professional development needs of employees

Work with the training group to formulate and implement training programs that support professional development needs, applying principles of learning and individual differences

Work with the HR leadership team to review processes and policies; help formulate and implement processes and policies to support effective, legal business practices

Contributes to the development of HR policy innovation and integrated HR/business solutions

Capability to strategically partner with HR Managers in other offices across the globe
