Job Description : Range of work would include working on and not limiting to company profiling, preparing precedent transaction case studies, relative valuation analysis, LBOs, DCFs, Merger plans, sensitivity analysis, preparation of generic sector oriented presentations and playbooks.
Will also be required to:Will be required to undergo continuous learning and enhance job specific skills over-time
May be required to travel overseas as per business needs
Pro-actively suggest and design improvements in process workflow, where applicable
Taking ownership of work done and having high execution capabilities

Desired Candidate Profile : Exceptionally qualified CA’s with Big four (E&Y, PWC, Deloitte, KPMG) experience, Graduates from B schools (with good CGPA score).

Good knowledge of financial modeling.
Highly proficient at Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Excellent communication skills.
Eye for detail.
Team player.
Good interpersonal skills.
