Job Description :
Analyzing the technical training needs of the organization & then rolling out the training programs
Design technical program based on the project need
Designing training calendar
Identifying/ Interacting with external vendors to schedule technical programs
Working out the logistics for execution of the training calendar
Scheduling training courses
Managing and tracking training information for the Trainings scheduled
Managing all training logistics for all deliveries
Acting as an interface between Presenters(Trainers) and Requestors (Trainees) before and after the Training schedule
Communicate the relevant information to requestors and presenters about the Logistical details of the course booked
Generating Reports for Daily Metrics and KPI metrics
Communication and resolution of all queries raised by the requestor
In charge of all documentation related to technical trainings
Preparing MIS report pertaining to participants and faculties
Liaison with faculty, students & external stakeholders
Implementing effective strategies for maintaining up to date records for audits
Maintaining and updating the database and all other documents / reports pertaining to the research centre

Desired :
Preferably someone who has an understanding of any Technology or who has done an NIIT, Aptech or any other computer course.
Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
Even Graduate Freshers who have done a computer course can apply.
