Job Description: Customer Service Representative

Desired Candidate Profile: Review and entry of Purchase orders
Sending quotes, PO acknowledgement, supply communications, order management, statutory forms, sample submission etc.
Work with plant and materials team for delivery confirmation to customers and field sales team.
Analysis of backlog and update sales management and sales team about necessary actions required. CRD/MPD mapping and reporting.
Tracking of customer schedule changes and reporting abnormal changes to customers for suitable resolution
Ensure 24 hour response to all enquiries received
Interacting with the relevant departments on a day-to-day basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
Total ownership of customers to ensure satisfaction of the assigned region
